Hello everyone
I have had some requests to make a copy of this Filipino "weiner" for some friends. I have never had one and have not had any success researching a recipe. Does anyone have a recipe or be able to point me in the right direction.

Or the recipe it's based on from Big Guy. Everyone can do without the red food coloring. Your problem will likely be that you will have made a better hot dog than they are used to.

You can 'focus in' on the packet.

However, the Purefoods brand seems to be the predominant one - maybe your friends could get the ingredient details for you from a packet of those?
