Worked in the meat business for over 25 years but am now retired . I have done boning , slaughtering, and dry curing worked other departments as well. Not a sausage maker though ! I have a good quality hand grinder but no other sausage making equipment . Knives a plenty though ,LOL
So would like to start making some fresh sausage patties first and then freeze for later use.
#1Can a person take fresh sausage recipes and just turn them into patties ?
#2 Which recipes work best for this ?
