Finnish style ring bologna

Hi,
Does anyone have a recipe or suggestions for making Finnish ring bologna? This would be the style of sausage that is eaten after a sauna and with a beer in Finland. My mother in law is from Finland and I would like to surprise her with some.

Thanks
Ken

There's little on the internet but there are some Finnish sausage recipes here:

You don't say whether it's smoked?

One writer says to substitute it with a Kielbasa - that could be anything then!

If none of the ones linked fit the bill then maybe make this Polish one as a starting point but emulsify it?

It will at least give a starting point for the M-I-L to advise further.

Thanks Phil for the links.
It is a smoked product and I do know that it's emulsified. My MIL said it's like a large diameter hot dog but in a ring.
