Would anyone be up for writing a sausage recipe book?

New Holland Publishers are looking to produce a sausage recipe book - how to make your own, different recipes (inspired by different countries) etc.

Anyone know of anyone who would be prepared to do this? I imagine a professional would be required, or a really keen amateur. (I guess I came to the right place!)

Taido, welcome to the forum, I woudl imagine you will find many keen amateurs on here along with one or two pro's. Perhaps even the owner of this great site.

Can you explain your connection to this proposed publication, perhaps a little more background might get you some more answers.

Are you looking for an individual to write the whole thing, or are you looking for mutiple contributions and a collating editor of some sort.
