That Perfect Batch by Clem Stechelin

Does anyone know anything about 'That Perfect Batch' by Clem Stechelin? It is obviously an american publication concerned with sausages and jerky and looks to be comb bound so perhaps not produced in great numbers or widely available.
Any opinions would be welcomed.
