Family Reunion

Postby Vindii » Mon Aug 12, 2013 2:20 pm

Hey guys. I have been really busy lately and haven't posted much. Been reading some though. Been doing some BBQ competitions and have started to do pretty well. Heres some pics from over the weekend.

We do these every 2 years. About 65 people this time.

I made around 70 sarma. Each nesco has a pork hock and a ham shank in the bottom.

My Dads cousin does the rest of the cooking. He made 16 chickens, 4 boneless legs of lamb, and some potatoes and green beans.

Got Gramps in to do a little of the cutting. He was one of the main pitmasters at one time.

Wow!

Just did a one-salmon/twenty lb beef/forty lb pork/wieners for wieners and thought it was a big deal. Not so much I see...
Chip the glasses and crack the plates!
