Can any UK food registered sausage maker help?

I received a comment on my hot dog tutorial asking for help:

"I run an event catering company and we sell gourmet hotdogs but they are from germany, really want them to come from uk or even better south east, but am struggling to find anyone who will make them, any ideas, contacts you may have would be very useful! We want 100% meat in natural casings."

It's from a genuine company doing US BBQ - the next big thing over here (mark my words). I fear that they are probably best sticking with a German supplier but would love someone to prove me wrong.

If you are registered to produce food commercially, and can produce US style hot dogs to a 3 star standard in commercial quantities, please PM me and I'll put you in touch.

US style BBQ. That's funny. We have four distinct styles of BBQ just in Texas. There are over 20 throughout the country. I hope it doesn't turn into something that is roasted meat basted in sauce with liquid smoke.
