After curing?
Posted: Fri Dec 04, 2015 9:38 amI have followed the recipe for Pauline's pumped ham. It came out of the brine yesterday.Please can someone tell me if I can cook it straight away or do I need to let it rest for a few days. Thanks
You can cook it straight away, or leave it to mature.
