will someone please tell this yank what Vegeren is and what can be used as a substitute. I'm wanting to try and make francos 7 day cheese.

vegeren is rennet substitute, usually available in the uk at health food stores, supermarkets etc. not the best of products (but widely available in small quantities), use standard cheese-making rennet from a cheese making supplier instead
