Small Batch Stuffer

Postby spudie » Fri Mar 04, 2022 3:45 am

Hi everyone.
What Sausage stuffers are best for small test batch making.
Have 3kg vertical that is a pain to get out , use and clean up just for 1kg test batches.
Do have small ( less than 1kg) horizontal that is supposed to stick to bench- doesn't stick (suction) very well.
This what it looks like but is earlier model.

there is a small vertical stuffer that is one the same site, anyone have experience with this one.....
thanks in advance
Spudie.

I use one like this:

https://www.amazon.com.au/DricRoda-Stai ... 459&sr=8-1

It holds 700 g and almost all of it will press out. The round nozzle will take sheep casing so I use it to test small batches of snack sticks. I lay it on its side to use. Care must be used when loading it as it doesn't have an air relief valve so is more likely to push out air pockets with the sausage meat.
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.

Many thanks , thats the one I'm looking for.
Seems there are quite a few variations available, but thats the way to go for sure.
