Postby Headbutchersouthwest » Mon Feb 09, 2015 9:37 pm

I've been searching the net for a Pressed Corned Beef recipe & a method of making ..?

I've come across lots of brisket flat corned beef recipes & videos etc but I'm looking for the good old fashioned
Pressed corned beef type product so I assume it is minced / seasoned & pressed?

The recipe is in Professional Charcuterie by John Kinsella and David Harvey. Are we allowed to post a pic of a recipe on here, or would that be a copyright infringement?
I sent you a PM headbutcher!

Yes, it probably would be! You can post the ingredients, as is, but the method is copyright, so you'd have to wrote it in your own words.

Or, that's my understanding of the situation here.
