Hi guys,
long time no post...
anyways - started another pizza/bread oven build down at my farm and thought I would share some pics on here.
The oven will be a customised version of Rado Hands's Masterly Tail Gen 3.

Not much to report so far, but have laid the foundation slab, which is the hardest part I think...

anyways - here are some pics... more next week as i am putting up the stand and hopefully pouring the hearth slab over the weekend.

Great photos... Given your location, hope things aren't getting too hot in your neighbourhood. I'm ex CFA Victoria and fought some nasties in the Blue Mountains in the 90's.

AWESOME MATE! I read your post a long time ago and wondered how it panned out.
Are you gunna use it as a smoker also?
Where in the Snowy's are you located? I used to work with a bunch of coal mines in that area.

I cant wait to "Settle" and build the same sort of set up.
