These were a bit of a faff, haven't tried them yet but they look quite impressive

yes, they are definitely on my 'fancy people round for supper list' now. They tasted good, quite a close crumb but great for soup etc.
like I said, bit of a faff but in reality not so much as a standard roll, just a bit of pre-planning required
