Hi,
If like me you make your own bread there is an interesting new product from Emma at Kitchen Foods. Some years ago I discovered her bread improver, which I have used ever since to very good effect. She has now launched a concentrated bread mix in four flavours which is added to white bread flour, and produces a beautiful, tasty loaf, and it is so easy. I have made the corn and spelt and look forward to trying the other three. At the moment there is an introductory offer of a kilo of each of the four types, plus bread improver and liquid bread softener which I bought. Each kilo makes up to 20 loaves. This won't be for the purists out there who make bread by hand, but if like me you have to come up with a loaf a day almost, they are a very good way if ringing the changes.
Check out www.kitchenfoods.co.uk if you are interested.
Cheers Jen
