Designer Sausage

I have my own Butchery in NEW ZEALAND , The local Chamber of Commerce have suggested we have an BA5(Business after 5) Social gathering in my shop as I am new to town, I was trying to figure out some sort of Interactive Exercise we could do on the night. What could be better "Dezigna Sausage"?
Let them all help design a sausage that compliments our District ? Multi Choice? Start with (1)Type of Meat : Venison (Some Great hunting in our district) Beef or Lamb (Predominately Rural District) Pork ? . Then Go to next Level (2)Choice of Spices? then (3) Herbs and then let them (4) name the sausage????.
1/ Has anyone heard of something similar at all?
2/Is it to much to ask a large group of Business people to do?
3/ Is there a link to any info on what are the better Herbs and Spices to each variety of meat?
4/ If they helped design and name this sausage surely they would be keen to buy it or tell everybody about it?

It's been a while since I've trolled the board but this is a great idea. I sure that the event's come and gone since your original post and I'm hoping you went through with your idea. If so, how did it turn out and what did you guests come up with?
