Thanks for letting me join this great looking site, can't wait to get started and educate myself on all the fantastic information. I enjoy cooking especially using my smoker to make pulled pork , beef brisket, ribs, chicken etc. I also cold smoke cheese and fish.

Looks like you have a good start with the smoking, welcome, im new and dont know that i would have gone very far without these guys help, your in the right place
