Beef fat

Postby Ian Wright » Sun Feb 25, 2018 8:31 pm

I required some beef fat for making a couple of square loron .
Only used half what I needed.
Can the rest be frozen for the next time or just bin the remainder of it ?

Ian

I freeze beef and pork fat all the time. I vacuum seal; it will last months frozen.

Now what is square Loron?

I think that we're going to have to persuade you to part with the recipe?
