Hi to everyone here. I am Kleanthis and I am as beginner as one can be in sausage making. I currently work at an online marketplace for artisan food, where I drew my primary interest in sausage making. Please excuse me for all the silly questions I will make in the forum, but I feel that there are a lot of things to learn.
