Hi guys,
I'm Forger, from Belgium, and I've created an account on this site because, well, I'd like to learn how to make sausage by myself. I'm no stranger to butchering and preparing animals for consumption, as I've always done this with the chickens, ducks, geese and rabbits my family grows, and I've already prepared rabbit pâté as well.
However, I've never done anything more complicatd than said pâté, everything else was just "remove feathers, remove guts, roast the rest of the feathers, done" or "skin, remove guts, done". Aaaand that's why I'm here! Plus, I'm preparing to live in the countryside, so I'd like to grow my own livestock and do, among other things, sausage out of them.
