Discovered a new local source

Postby vagreys » Sat Jun 27, 2015 4:45 pm

Just back from the farmer's market, where I found a new local farm represented. They are a source for GOS, Berkshire, Tamworth and GOS x Tamworth, and fresh back fat. Also, I can buy a whole animal and they will slaughter, scald and scrape and I get everything. Very happy.

That's superb. A great choice of traditional breeds.

Heartily welcome news indeed, for you & the inspired business acumen of the farmer willing to go the extra mile with his product in such a manner as to get you through the initial stages, clearly proud of his stock!
