As a new boy to this game, I thought I'd just say ' hi'. Looking forward to getting some links under my belt.
I've noticed some great recipes and advice already.
Can't wait to see what results I get.

Hi Dan, I'm from Great Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, a place more renown for its once great fishing industry than sausage production.
