Ian

I tried Transglutaminase AKA meat glue and it worked rather well but it’s expensive. I took a turkey and debreasted it then glued the two half’s together. I then smoked it and made lunch meats. For about $12.00, from Amazon, you can give it a try. It seems all fish filets come very thin now a days so I glued several together and they also came out good. I probably won’t be buying anymore it’s got its uses give it a try. You can glue together some very odd combinations.
