Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

IF you are looking for any "odds & sods" through to complete kit for a project CPC are currently a pretty good deal to compare against this month...
Admittedly so far all i've found is some decent LED bulbs & some connectors, & some cheap gorilla branded flexi tubs. but that's besides the point.

Forgot to ask..
Whilst I rate the genuine gorilla tubs very highly (outlasted cheapo generics for hauling wood) ..could I safely use one in the kitchen for batch making ingredients on a large scale ..anyone know if these are approaching food safe!?

I somehow doubt that they would be.
I get food grade tubs from my local, both buckets and flat tubs. They're only too glad to get rid of them.
It might be worth asking locally.
