My Biltong Box 5litre stuffer has arrived, initial response...what a monster, hadn't realised the scale of the thing! It looks really well made, very solid.
Cure #1 arrived from SausageMaking.org., and I picked up the Dextrose from Lloyds Pharmacy.
I now have all the ingredients I need, and the drying cabinet is wired and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend.
