Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Exactly as it says in the title
, i usually clamp the thing to the kitchen table and proceed to lift the table when cranking the handle upwards. Tried, moister mix but still the pressure is too great......anyone got any ideas?

I think it's the size and tube diameter - I rarely had the problem when I had a small stuffer (3 Litre) - I often wish I'd never sold it.
My only advice is to stuff asap after mixing.
