Tajake Vacuum Packer Failing

I have had a Tajake vacuum packer for years, but it is now starting to show its age. The pump is slower, and on large bags does not get to the auto sealing stage. I have cleaned up the sealing surfaces, but suspect the foam under the metal lid needs replacement.
Any idea where I can get spare parts ?
Or is there a notably better machine out there ?
