Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Our large kitchen unit has been running almost continuously for 5 yrs & died.
Looking to replace the neon tubes (gas & nasties filled) with a decent LED unit which hopefully would then be more energy efficient, but finding one is hard.
I would have thought this is a market that would have arisen by now bearing in mind the march of LED'S.
(i'm aware certain proper light frequencies are required as an attractant but surely it's not a hard one to solve & reduce electricity consumption is it) !?
any help appreciated, it's fly season & our kitchen really needs it.

Its a good idea to keep these away from food prep areas, they are not illegal but not allowed by most HD's in food prep areas. When bugs make contact they explode into a lot of bits that go flying about the room not only with in the catch tray. Just fyi.
