Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

Hi all
I am a newbie to the forum from Nottingham UK, I have made a couple of sausage batches with quite good results.
I have been using a cheepish (£25) plastic grinder /stuffer. Trouble is the plastic body has cracked. Would anyone like to suggest a better replacement. I was looking at the Andrew James Premium but I have noticed elsewhere on the forum that it is recommended for larger quantities than I am making (i am currently doing a couple of kgs.
is it better to have seperate grinder / stuffer
Any advise would be appreciated
Thanks

I'm shopping for an electric grinders to. The manual one I have kicks my butt. I have a 7# stuffer, that cost about $100 from amazon. I'm quite happy with it. It allows me to stuff 2 chubs before I have to reload it. Had I known what a salami and sausage junkie I would become, I'd have bought a bigger one. A stand alone stuffer allows slow control to pack tightly and avoids the air pockets that might otherwise form.
