This is my sausage stuffer. Not new but it's a Tre Spade that works perfectly. It was passed to me my my father so I'm also rather attached to it.
As a general rule I find myself stuffing alone. I just can't seem to get my 9 year old kid excited about cranking meat. For some time I've wanted retrofit a motor onto the unit to convert it but while. Searching online, the only motors I've been people use to do this are with attaching pipe threaders. I imagine they have plenty of torque, but they're massive and expensive.
Would anyone here have done this or perhaps know of some clever hacks where others have done this successfully?
