Supplier of coarse salt required
Posted: Wed Aug 17, 2022 10:02 amWill start to salt iberico style hams and palettas in October. Looking to get a couple of bags of coarse sea (preferred) or rock salt, say about 50kg in total. Anyone know of a decent/low cost supplier? I live in Cornwall.
