Sourcing backfat for curing

Hi Guys

Where do you get you back fat from??
Ive found it online here:

But its delivery cost is more than the item.

Tried local butchers and not found one yet that sells it. Im based in kent

I get mine from my local abattoir. I rarely buy it as a separate item as there's plenty on the collar.

You need an old fashioned butcher that has the meat delivered as sides rather than already cut up.

What do you want to use it for?
