Pig's pluck sausage recipie wanted

After some butchering I now have a couple of pig's plucks. Is there a 'haggis' type sausage that can be made from pigs lungs/liver/heart?

I would search the forum for "faggot", this will lead you to some ideas. I don't have any personal experience to add. Some of the liver can be used to make pate.

Faggots are the obvious choice - there's a couple of recipes on my blog if you need one. Closer to your home, wasn't it used in White Pudding years back?
