Where to buy, how to use. Stuffers, casings, spices, grinders, etc.

After butchering a couple fo pigs I now have a fair bit of fat that
I want to render into lard and turn into torresmos prensados (a solid block of scratchings from which all the fat has been squished, very popular in Portugal/Brazil). For this I'll need a fat press. Has anyone used anything similar to this, or know where to get a more suitable item?

It looks similar to the presses they use for cheese, maybe a supplier to those hobbyists would have something.
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.

That's what I thought - I'm guessing that any small all metal fruit/cheese press will do - just putting it on this page in case someone with experience of pressing their own lard/scratchings has reccommendations based on personal experience.
