Sanitising Curing Chamber

Postby Davea » Wed Aug 16, 2023 6:10 am

Hi all

I haven't used my curing chamber in 6 months.
I need to clean and sanitise it.
I assume I should use after using warm soapy water then a sanitiser, then let dry.
What sanitiser should I use?
Thanks in anticipation.

I would use acid sanitizer from a homebrew shop. It is a mix of sulfonic and phosphoric acids that is diluted at 1 oz. per 5 gallons for sanitizing bottles. It is non-staining, odorless and you just let it air dry.
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.
