Been a while (:

Postby DanMcG » Tue Nov 28, 2023 8:11 pm

I just stopped in to find a couple recipes and It's so good to see some activity on here! I'll start checking in on a regular basis now.
I haven't been doing much if any sausage making but after reading of a friend making Cumberland sausage, I passed on Oddley's recipe (or Polley Perkins recipe) and have the urge to give it a try again myself.
I hope all is well with all my fellow members, It would be nice to see ya all check in and say hello before the holiday's
Happy holidays, Day

It's nice to see you Dan. :D Tell your friend not to link the Cumberland, Captain Wassname was quite firm on that point (but don't worry if he does make links). I have two more salamis drying and hope to make some kielbasa this weekend and cure some pork loin as well. It's good weather for cold smoking here now.
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.
