Happy Days and a big thank you to Wheels,

After attending an amazing talk by Jan Dalziel (Bekland Charcuterie) I now find out that I can access this forum again. I also see that Wheels has been doing an enormous amount of work on Local Food Heros so much of the really good information from this site won't be lost.

Big thanks to everyone as have resumed charcuterie and smoking again about 3 years ago after an illness-imposed break and really value this site

It's a good weekend to start an Easter ham. I'm going to get a whole fresh leg and break it down to more manageable pieces.
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.

I thought the site had gone forever!!, though I don’t do as much as in past years this site has always been a source of solid information.
Thank you all
