Cheap stainless pots.

I bought a set of these recently. They're not great quality, but if you want some big stainless pots for making cheese (or demi-glace) they do the job for a tenth of the cost of a stainless steel bucket. Worth the price.

They certainly look a bargain for the usage you are suggesting. Talking of bargains, I found a new Porkert mincer, in its box, in a charity shop in Cambridge today for 2. I just had to give it a home!
