Sorry Josh, I really don't see the need for specialist sprouters. What I've always used is a 1 litre fruit juice jar, with some terylene gauze tied over the mouth. That doesn't stop you adding water and draining it off, and lets air in nicely.
By the way, sausagemaker forgot to give one essential snippet of info. When sprouting beans, add plenty of water every day, rinse the beans with it, and pour as much off as will drain. Then leave in a warm _dark_ place until the next day. When the beans are sprouted as you want them, rinse once more and keep in the fridge till you need to use them. They'll keep a good week.
