I'm not sure I'd fancy that; I'd smoke it or make gravadlax.

i make it all the time ,its freakin awesome and so easy to do.you have to give it a go u wont be disappointed.i marinate in a honey garlic salt brine overnight.pat dry in the morning .wait an hour or so to shine (pellicule)then throw it in the smoker with light alder smoke for about 8 hours or till dry.

oh and the website is wrong .salmon jerky has been around for thousands of years.just ask any elder haida native from bc canada
