looks massive and excellent
I imagine you have a big family but it really would be a glut all at once.
Being a cold climate its a one off garden a few months of bang for your buck.

My dad has had a massive back yard garden about 1% of what you have there.(temperate climate)
He roasts and peels capsicums and freezes them for the whole year.
Par boils corn broccoli and beans for the year.
Makes tomato sauce
and freezes whole tomatoes (excellent way to add fresh taste to dishes through the year and they peel easily as the skin defrosts first)
Dries chillies to put in soups
Pickles chillies tomatoes cucumbers cabbage and cauliflower.
Chops leeks and then freezes it

He rarely buys veg during the year.

My garden is minute but because of the sub tropical climate I can constantly plant summer crops all year. My problem is bugs and lack of water in winter and even more bugs and too much water in summer.

Your potatoes look great, could be a bumper crop. I wouldn't know what to do with the size harvest you'll be getting. Well done. :D
Fashionably late will be stylishly hungry.
