just started up my smoker

I have a pork loin which I brined overnight smoking and just added som atomic buffalo turds, two kinds pineapple shrimp and moose teryaki stick. Then I threw in some shrimp abobs just for good measure. Salad, poutine and a brew to round out the meal

Sounds like quite a feast. What do you put in your brine for the loin?

my brine was 1 cup coarse salt, 1 cup brown sugar, 20 cups water and 1 Tbs Adobo seasoning. My camera battery died so no photos of the finished product. We had our daughter and her boy friend over so the food went fast. LOL. Miss Needles even baked a rhubarb pie from some of what she picked this morning. Served warm with a scoop or two of ice cream. doesn't get any better.The pineapple/ shrimp/ cream cheese ABT's were a nice flavour mix and a big hit.
