Queso Oaxaca ?

Postby Mkson1978 » Mon Mar 04, 2013 10:35 pm

Hi everyone! Does anyone know how to make queso oaxaa, or queso tipo de oaxaca ? I figure it's similar to Mozzarella, but maybe heated to hogher temp cause it's quite harder, more rubberlike in texture.. All ideas are welcome :-)
